Introduce

Croc on Game Boy Color is a 2D side-scrolling platformer, significantly different from its 3D console counterparts.

Players control the lovable crocodile, Croc, on his quest to rescue the Gobbos from the evil Baron Dante.

Each level is designed in a maze-like fashion, requiring players to search for and collect all the imprisoned Gobbos.

Gameplay focuses on movement, jumping, and attacking enemies. Croc can perform actions such as single jumps, double jumps, slides, and tail whips to defeat foes or break obstacles.

In addition to rescuing Gobbos, players must collect various gems scattered throughout the levels. Collecting enough gems is often a condition to unlock new levels or secret areas.

Another important element is finding keys to open doors or locked sections.

The game features diverse environments, from jungles and snowy mountains to lava caves, each presenting unique challenges and enemy types.

Boss battles occur at the end of each world, requiring players to learn the boss's attack patterns and find their weaknesses to defeat them.

Despite being a 2D version, Croc retains the charm and challenge of the series. The colorful pixel art graphics and characteristic GBC sounds create a nostalgic gaming experience.

The ultimate goal is to defeat Baron Dante and rescue all Gobbos, bringing peace back to Croc's world.
