Itadaki Street - Watashi no Omise ni Yottette is a board game-style business strategy game developed by ASCII and published by Enix (now Square Enix) for the Famicom (NES) system. This is the first installment in the popular Itadaki Street series.

The gameplay of Itadaki Street - Watashi no Omise ni Yottette revolves around moving on a game board, similar to Monopoly. Players roll dice to move their characters around the map. The primary objective is to accumulate wealth and drive opponents into bankruptcy.

The biggest difference from Monopoly is the stock and asset value system. When a player lands on an empty space, they can purchase that land and build a shop. The value of the shop will increase when other players visit or when you upgrade the shop. When an opponent lands on your shop, they will have to pay rent.

A unique aspect of Itadaki Street - Watashi no Omise ni Yottette is its stock system. Each area on the map has its own set of stocks. Players can buy and sell shares of these areas. Stock prices fluctuate depending on business activity in that area, such as when more shops are built or upgraded. Managing stocks is a crucial element for increasing profits and manipulating the market.

In addition to buying land and building shops, players can also visit special spaces such as banks to deposit or withdraw money, "Chance" spaces for random events, or "Salary" spaces to collect their income. The game ends when a player reaches a target asset amount or when all opponents go bankrupt. The player with the largest assets wins.

Itadaki Street - Watashi no Omise ni Yottette requires players to have good strategies in managing money, investing in real estate and stocks, and making smart decisions to bankrupt opponents. It is a deep and engaging economic game on the NES.
