Introduce

Bad Dudes is a classic side-scrolling beat 'em up game released on the NES. Players take on the role of one of two protagonists: Blade or Striker, the "bad dudes" summoned to rescue President Ronnie who has been kidnapped by a mysterious ninja gang known as the Dragon Ninja. Your mission is to fight through hordes of enemies and powerful bosses to achieve your goal.

The gameplay of Bad Dudes is straightforward yet engaging. Players move horizontally across the screen, constantly facing waves of attacking enemies. Basic actions include punching, kicking, and jumping. Players can perform combos by combining these attacks. Additionally, along the way, you can pick up power-up items such as knives or nunchaku to increase your strength and attack range.

Enemies in the game are diverse, primarily consisting of various types of ninjas with different colors and abilities, along with some creatures like attack dogs. Each stage culminates in a boss fight, requiring players to learn their attack patterns to emerge victorious. Levels are designed with different environments, ranging from urban streets and sewers to the top of a moving train, adding variety and challenge. Bad Dudes is famously known for its iconic lines "I'm bad!" and "Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the President?" which have become a part of 80s gaming culture.
