Introduce

3-D WorldRunner is a unique action game for the NES, distinguished by its pseudo-3D, forward-scrolling perspective, which creates a sense of depth and speed. Players control WorldRunner, a brave hero, on a mission to rescue planets abducted by alien creatures. The gameplay unfolds on a rapidly auto-scrolling path, demanding extremely quick reflexes.

The primary objective in each stage is to run the entire distance, avoiding numerous obstacles such as pits, pillars, and hostile creatures. WorldRunner can move left, right, and jump. The jumping ability is crucial for clearing obstacles and collecting items suspended in the air.

Throughout the journey, players will collect power-ups such as: rockets, which grant WorldRunner temporary invincibility; super boots, allowing higher jumps; and fire flowers, which provide the ability to shoot projectiles to defeat enemies. Collecting coins is also important for accumulating points.

Each world in 3-D WorldRunner is divided into several zones, and at the end of each world, players will face a giant boss, often a large alien snake that requires precise dodging and attacking strategies. The game's speed gradually increases, making the challenge progressively harder. The game demands intense focus and rapid reaction skills to survive through its challenging stages.
