Super Chase HQ (GB)

In Super Chase HQ, players assume the role of a special police officer, driving a high-speed patrol car to pursue and apprehend dangerous criminals. The game is an action racing title with a pseudo-3D perspective from behind the car, creating a sense of speed and immersion within the Game Boy's limitations.

Each stage features a primary objective: to catch up to and destroy the criminal's vehicle before time runs out. Along the way, players must skillfully maneuver their car to avoid collisions with civilian traffic and other obstacles such as police roadblocks or accomplice vehicles. Collisions will reduce the car's speed and inflict damage.

The player's vehicle is equipped with a special weapon, typically a machine gun, which can be activated to fire upon the criminal's car. Continuous attacks will damage the target vehicle until it is completely destroyed. Players can also use the controls to accelerate, brake, and steer left or right.

Between stages, players may receive upgrades for their car, including improvements to engine speed, enhanced armor, and increased weapon power. This helps players contend with increasingly faster and more resilient criminals in later levels. Super Chase HQ delivers an intense pursuit experience, challenging players' driving skills and reflexes.
