Introduce

Soukoban Densetsu - Hikari to Yami no Kuni is a classic puzzle game based on the principles of Sokoban. The primary objective for the player is to push all designated crates or objects onto marked target locations within the map. The player controls a single character and can only push crates, not pull them. A fundamental challenge is that you cannot push more than one crate at a time, and if a crate is pushed into a corner or gets stuck between other obstacles, it may become unmovable, forcing the player to restart the level.

What makes Soukoban Densetsu - Hikari to Yami no Kuni unique compared to traditional Sokoban versions is its "Light and Darkness" (Hikari to Yami) element. Puzzles often integrate mechanics related to light and shadow, which could involve activating switches to change the state of the playfield, or objects that only appear/disappear depending on light conditions. This adds a new layer of complexity and strategy to the familiar puzzle gameplay, requiring players to think carefully about how to interact with the environment to solve increasingly difficult puzzles.
