Introduce

In Pocket Puyo Puyo-n, players engage in thrilling puzzle battles where the main objective is to clear their own board while overwhelming their opponent with "garbage Puyos" (Ojama Puyos).

The core gameplay revolves around dropping pairs of different colored Puyos from the top of the screen. Your task is to rotate and place them so that at least four Puyos of the same color touch each other horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. When this happens, those Puyos disappear, creating space and causing Puyos above them to fall down.

The key to the game lies in creating "chains" (Rensas) or "combos." By carefully arranging Puyos, you can set off a chain reaction where clearing one group of Puyos triggers the clearing of other groups immediately afterward. The longer the chain, the more garbage Puyos you send to your opponent. These garbage Puyos are typically transparent or have special shapes, and they only disappear when adjacent colored Puyos are cleared.

The game offers various modes, including an Adventure Mode where you face AI characters, a Vs. Mode for competitive play, and practice modes. Despite being on the Game Boy Color, Pocket Puyo Puyo-n retains the engaging and strategic depth of the Puyo Puyo series, providing an addictive puzzle experience on the go.
