The main objective is to destroy the enemy Medarot's Head part or reduce their overall HP bar to zero. If the Head part is destroyed, that Medarot is eliminated from the battle. Strategic choices, such as focusing attacks on a specific part to disable an enemy's ability, are crucial.

Another important element is the Medaforce system. When Medarots accumulate enough energy during a battle, they can activate Medaforce – powerful attacks or support skills that can turn the tide of the battle. Managing energy and timing the use of Medaforce are key to victory.

This Kuwagata version features its own exclusive Medarots and parts, differing from the Kabuto version, encouraging players to trade parts with friends to complete their collection. Exploring Susutake Village, interacting with characters, completing quests, and participating in Robobattle tournaments are the main activities in the game to become the strongest Medarotter.
