Loopz is an addictive puzzle game where the main objective is to create complete loops from pipe-shaped pieces falling from the top of the screen. The playing field is divided into a grid, and pieces appear randomly, each potentially containing one or more pipe segments.

Players can rotate the pieces before they hit the bottom or land on existing pieces. Once a piece lands, it locks into place. The challenge lies in quickly determining the correct position and orientation for the pieces to connect seamlessly and form a continuous pipe.

Points are scored when a complete loop is formed. The larger the loop, the higher the score received. For instance, a simple loop might consist of just four pieces forming a square, while more complex loops can involve many pieces and intricate curves.

The game features various modes, including a traditional arcade mode where the falling speed of pieces increases as you progress, and a challenge mode where you must complete a certain number of loops within a time limit. There's also a two-player mode via link cable, allowing players to compete against each other to see who can create the most loops or survive longer.

Loopz's graphics are simple but effective, focusing on clear pipe pieces and an easy-to-understand interface. The music and sound effects also contribute to a relaxing yet challenging puzzle atmosphere. Loopz requires a combination of spatial thinking, quick decision-making, and a bit of luck with the pieces provided. It's a classic Game Boy title for puzzle game enthusiasts.
