Joe & Mac (GB)

Joe & Mac (GB) is an exciting action platformer that puts players in the shoes of two brave cavemen, Joe and Mac. Your primary objective is to rescue the tribal women who have been kidnapped by rival cavemen and vicious dinosaurs.

The gameplay unfolds in a side-scrolling fashion, with each level uniquely designed and filled with obstacles and enemies. Players will navigate through dense jungles, erupting volcanoes, icy rivers, and various other prehistoric environments.

Joe and Mac's main weapons include a stone club, boomerang, bone wheel, and other throwable items they collect throughout the game. Each weapon has its own characteristics and range, requiring players to choose appropriately for the situation. Enemies are diverse, ranging from other cavemen and small dinosaurs to giant prehistoric creatures.

In addition to attacking, players must skillfully jump over pits, avoid traps, and dodge enemy attacks. There are secret areas and hidden items that can boost power or score.

At the end of each area, players will confront a massive boss, requiring strategy and patience to defeat. The Game Boy Color version of Joe & Mac (GB) retains the core gameplay of the original arcade, adapted for the handheld's smaller screen and hardware limitations, providing an engaging adventure experience for fans.
