In Double Dragon (GB), players take on the role of one of the two martial artist brothers, Billy or Jimmy Lee, embarking on a perilous journey to rescue their girlfriend Marian, who has been kidnapped by the brutal street gang, the Black Warriors. This is a classic side-scrolling beat 'em up game, where you must fight against a variety of enemies on the streets, in factories, caves, and many other locations.

The gameplay of Double Dragon (GB) focuses on close-quarters combat. Players can use various attacks such as punches, kicks, jumps, and some special skills. Although it's a Game Boy version, the game retains the spirit of the original with basic but effective moves.
