Wrecking Crew (World)

In Wrecking Crew, players control Mario (or Luigi in 2-player mode) with the objective of destroying all walls and obstacles in each stage using his hammer. The game is a unique blend of action and puzzle elements, requiring players to carefully plan their every move. Mario cannot jump; he can only walk on solid surfaces and climb ladders.

Each stage is designed like a construction site, featuring various types of obstacles such as brick walls, pillars, and even bombs. Some walls require multiple hits to break. Bombs are powerful tools that can destroy multiple blocks at once, but must be activated strategically to avoid damaging your path or trapping yourself. Players must figure out the optimal path to destroy all targets before the time runs out.

During gameplay, Mario will encounter enemies like Foreman Spike, who tries to destroy the walls you need to break, or Eggplant Man and Gotcha Wrench, who move around the screen and hinder your progress. Players must avoid them or use the environment to overcome them. Occasionally, there are secret doors that open upon completing a specific part of the objective.

The game features over 100 unique stages, each presenting a distinct puzzle challenge. Additionally, Wrecking Crew includes a notable "Building Mode," allowing players to create their own custom stages. This adds significant replay value and creative freedom for players. The game demands logical thinking and planning skills to efficiently complete objectives.
