Introduce

In Strider NES, players take on the role of Hiryu, an elite special forces ninja with extraordinary combat skills. The primary objective is to thwart Grandmaster Meio's plans for world domination.

The gameplay of Strider NES focuses on action and platforming through diverse stages. Hiryu is equipped with his Plasma Cypher sword, capable of emitting energy. Players will navigate environments such as jungles, military bases, and futuristic cities, confronting countless enemies ranging from foot soldiers to robots and mutated creatures.

Hiryu possesses agile movement capabilities, including running, jumping, sliding, and clinging to walls or ceilings. The wall-clinging ability allows players to explore hidden areas and approach enemies from various angles. When attacking, Hiryu can swing his Plasma Cypher sword at high speed. This sword can also be upgraded in power and swing range by collecting special icons throughout the levels.

Additionally, Hiryu can summon robotic allies to assist him in combat. There are three types of helpers: Robot A attacks with projectiles, Robot B creates a protective shield, and Robot C fires zigzag energy blasts. Utilizing the correct robot at the right moment is key to overcoming difficult challenges.

Each stage in Strider NES culminates in a challenging boss battle. Bosses have unique attack patterns and weaknesses, requiring players to master their movement and attack skills to emerge victorious. The game's graphics and sound, despite being an NES version, still create an intense and engaging action atmosphere.
