Introduce

Street Heroes is an unlicensed fighting game for the NES, often known as a clone or mimic of popular fighting titles like Street Fighter II. Players select one of the available characters, each possessing their own set of moves and fighting style. The primary objective is to defeat opponents in one-on-one matches by depleting their health bar.

The gameplay of Street Heroes is quite straightforward. Players use basic controls to execute attacks such as punches, kicks, and a few special moves. However, due to its unlicensed nature and limited production quality, the movesets are often not very diverse, character animations can be stiff, and control responsiveness may not be smooth. Graphics and sound are also basic, reflecting the limitations of the NES system and the unofficial development.

Each match takes place in a fixed arena. Players need to time their attacks and defenses to win. While not highly regarded for its quality or gameplay depth compared to official fighting games, Street Heroes remains an interesting part of unlicensed NES game history, showcasing attempts to create fighting games on the platform.
