Introduce

Space Invaders (Japan) NES is a legendary arcade shooting game where players take on the role of Earth's last defender. Your primary objective is to eliminate all waves of alien invaders steadily descending towards the planet.

In the game, the player controls a laser cannon that moves horizontally at the bottom of the screen. Above are formations of alien invaders, moving back and forth and gradually lowering their altitude. Your mission is to shoot down each alien before they reach the bottom of the screen. Different types of aliens yield varying scores when destroyed.

To assist the player, there are four defensive bunkers positioned between your cannon and the enemies. These bunkers can be gradually destroyed by both alien projectiles and your own shots. They provide temporary shelter but will not last indefinitely.

The aliens not only move but also fire projectiles down at you. You must dodge these shots or utilize the defensive bunkers. Occasionally, a flying saucer (UFO) will appear and fly across the top of the screen. Shooting down the UFO grants high bonus points, but they move quickly and are challenging to hit.

The game ends when the aliens reach the bottom of the screen, or when your cannon is destroyed (you lose all your "lives"). With each wave of aliens eliminated, a new wave appears, moving faster and firing more frequently, increasing the game's difficulty and challenge. Space Invaders is an excellent test of reflexes and aiming skills.
