In Seicross, players control an advanced space bike, simply referred to as the "Bike," navigating through a perilous, post-apocalyptic world. The primary objective of the game is to collect all the blue "Bioliths" scattered along the path, while simultaneously avoiding and destroying enemy vehicles.

The screen continuously scrolls vertically, creating a sense of speed. Players must skillfully maneuver the Bike to dodge obstacles and attacks from adversaries. The Bike has the ability to fire projectiles forward to destroy barriers and enemies. There are various types of enemies, each with their own movement patterns and attack styles, requiring players to adapt their strategies.

A unique feature of Seicross is its "ramming" ability. When players collect a sufficient number of Bioliths, the Bike will turn blue and become temporarily invulnerable. In this state, players can directly ram into enemy vehicles to destroy them without taking damage, yielding significant bonus points. This is a crucial strategic element, encouraging players to take risks to collect Bioliths.

The game comprises multiple stages, each with its own distinct terrain and layout, increasing in difficulty. Players will face new challenges such as narrow paths, moving obstacles, and larger numbers of enemies. The ultimate goal is to complete each stage by collecting enough Bioliths and surviving to the end. Seicross combines elements of shooting with high-speed racing, delivering a thrilling action experience.
