Introduce

In M.C.Mario NES, players dive into a colorful puzzle world where the main objective is to eliminate various viruses by arranging colored pills. The gameplay is similar to classic block-matching games, where two-sided, multi-colored pills fall from the top of the screen. Players must rotate and move these pills to form horizontal or vertical lines of four or more matching colors, including the viruses. When such a line is formed, the corresponding pills and viruses disappear, clearing space and allowing players to progress further.

The game features multiple difficulty levels, with increasing pill drop speeds and a greater number of viruses, demanding quick reflexes and strategic thinking from the player.
