In Dragon Ball Z III - Ressen Jinzou Ningen, players embark on an adventure closely following the Android Saga storyline. The core gameplay is a unique blend of RPG and card-based combat.
On the world map, you navigate iconic characters like Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Gohan, and Trunks, exploring various locations and encountering enemies. When an enemy encounter occurs, the battle transitions into a turn-based system.
The combat system revolves around a five-card hand. Each card features two numbers: one representing its power (Ki) and another indicating movement speed or defensive capability. Players must strategically select cards to attack, defend, or unleash powerful special moves. For instance, combining specific cards can trigger devastating attacks like the Kamehameha or Final Flash.
Character stats such as power, defense, and speed increase as they win battles or through training. Ki management is also crucial, as it determines your ability to use strong and special attacks. The game features numerous challenging boss battles, requiring players to master the card mechanics and fully utilize their team's strengths to defeat the Androids and Cell.
