Introduce

Cyberball is a futuristic American football game where robots compete instead of humans. Gameplay focuses on 7-on-7 matches with modified rules to suit the robotic setting. The objective remains to advance the ball into the opponent's end zone for a touchdown or kick a field goal.

A unique feature of Cyberball is that the ball becomes "hotter" after each touch or run. If the ball gets too hot while a player is holding it, it will explode, resulting in a turnover. This adds a unique strategic element, forcing players to pass quickly or score before the ball overheats.

Players can choose from various robot teams, each with distinct attributes in terms of speed, strength, and defensive capabilities. Before each offensive play, players can select different offensive and defensive strategies, similar to traditional American football games. Collisions between robots are intense, reflecting the "violent" nature of this future sport.

The game's graphics feature the characteristic 8-bit style of the NES, with fairly detailed robot designs and clear explosion effects for the ball. Sound includes collision effects, explosions, and energetic background music, creating a dramatic atmosphere for the match. Single-player mode allows players to participate in a tournament to win the championship.
