Introduce
In Castlequest, players control Prince Rafael on a quest to rescue Princess Margarita from a mysterious monster within a vast castle. The castle is divided into numerous rooms, each presenting unique challenges. The primary objective is to collect various colored keys to unlock corresponding doors, allowing further progression into the castle.
Castlequest's gameplay blends adventure, puzzle-solving, and light action elements. Players must explore every corner, searching for useful items such as health potions for recovery, or special tools. Puzzles often require logical thinking, for instance, pushing blocks to create paths, activating switches, or discovering secret passages. Enemies are scattered throughout the castle, but the game's focus is not on combat but rather on navigation and puzzle resolution. Players need to be wary of traps and obstacles that can inflict damage. With its non-linear gameplay, players are free to explore different areas as long as they possess the correct keys, creating a unique and challenging experience. The ultimate goal is to reach the princess's captivity and defeat the monster guarding her.
