Introduce

In Marie no Atelier GB, players take on the role of Marie, an underperforming student at the Royal Academy of Salburg alchemy school. Your primary goal is to improve your alchemy skills, manage your shop, and ultimately create a grand item within five years to graduate.

The gameplay revolves around a cycle of time management and alchemy. Every action you take, from gathering ingredients in the forest, synthesizing potions in your lab, to selling goods at your shop, consumes time. Time is the most precious resource in the game, and managing it efficiently is key to success. Players will spend much of their time seeking out various ingredients, which can be found at locations on the world map, purchased from shops, or acquired through simple combat encounters.

Once you have enough ingredients, you return to your laboratory to perform synthesis. The alchemy system allows you to combine items to create potions, tools, weapons, or other special items. Each recipe requires a specific amount of ingredients and time. Success or failure in the synthesis process will affect the quality and quantity of the produced items.

Beyond alchemy, you also need to manage your shop. Sell your synthesized items to earn money, which can then be used to purchase new ingredients, recipe books, or equipment upgrades. You can also take on requests from townspeople, completing them to earn rewards and increase your reputation. Interacting with other characters, including adventurers you can hire to help gather ingredients or protect you on expeditions, is also a significant part of the game.

The game features multiple endings, which depend on your alchemy achievements, money earned, relationships built, and events experienced throughout the five-year period. Marie no Atelier GB is a unique RPG focusing on creation, management, and exploration, offering a relaxing yet challenging experience.
