Introduce

Arcade Hits - Moon Patrol & Spy Hunter offers a dual experience of two classic arcade titles adapted for the Game Boy Color system.

In Moon Patrol, players control a moon buggy in a side-scrolling environment. The primary objective is to navigate rugged terrain, jumping over craters and rocks, while simultaneously shooting down unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and enemy tanks. The buggy can fire both aerial and ground targets. The goal is to complete each section within a time limit, passing checkpoints to continue the perilous journey.

Spy Hunter puts players in the cockpit of the Interceptor, a high-tech, transforming vehicle. From a top-down perspective, players must drive on a highway, avoiding civilian vehicles and destroying enemy cars using machine guns and missiles. A unique aspect of the game is the ability to transform into a boat when entering water, expanding the gameplay. Occasionally, a weapon van appears to offer upgrades or repairs, but players must drive into it at the right moment. The objective is to survive as long as possible, scoring high points by destroying foes and protecting civilians.

Both games retain their arcade spirit with simple yet addictive gameplay, challenging players to achieve high scores and overcome difficult stages on the handheld platform.
