Wally wo Sagase! is an engaging arcade puzzle game that plunges players into the crowded and challenging world of "Where's Wally?" (also known as "Where's Waldo?" in North America). The primary objective of the game is to locate the character Wally and his friends, along with other requested objects, hidden within highly detailed and incredibly busy scenes.
Each stage presents a large, intricate illustration filled with countless characters and objects. Players will use a joystick or trackball (depending on the arcade machine's configuration) to move a cursor across the screen and press a button to select the spot where they believe Wally or the requested item is hidden. The main challenge is the strict time limit. Players must find all the required items before the countdown timer reaches zero.
As players successfully locate items, they earn points and advance to the next stage, where the scenes become even more complex and the number of items to find increases. The game demands intense concentration, keen observation skills, and quick reflexes to complete the levels.
