Terra Force

Terra Force is a classic vertical-scrolling shoot 'em up arcade game developed and released by Nichibutsu in 1987. Players take control of an advanced combat spaceship, flying through various diverse environments from deep space to planetary surfaces.

The primary objective of the game is to destroy countless enemies appearing from all directions, dodge dense barrages of bullets, and confront powerful bosses at the end of each stage. One of the highlights of Terra Force is its unique two-layer scrolling graphics system, which creates an impressive sense of depth as players move through the landscapes, with a background layer scrolling slowly and a foreground layer scrolling faster.
