Introduce

Lemmings (US prototype) is a puzzle arcade game where players guide a horde of tiny, hapless lemmings to safety. Each level presents a unique challenge with complex terrain, chasms, and various hazards. Players cannot control individual lemmings but must utilize a limited number of skills to guide the entire group. These skills include digging, building bridges, climbing, using parachutes, and more. Each skill can only be used for a limited number of lemmings, so players must carefully consider the most effective use of their resources. The goal of each level is to guide a certain number of lemmings to the exit before time runs out or all lemmings fall to their doom. The difficulty increases with each level, demanding strategic thinking and quick reflexes to overcome increasingly complex challenges. The prototype version may have gameplay differences compared to later versions, but it still retains the core addictive and engaging gameplay of the Lemmings series.
